For David's third solo recital, he performed the complete Mendelssohn Piano Concerto No 1, a jazz arrangement of Mozart's Piano Sonata No 13, and a improvised medley of Richard Clayderman's interpretation of A Time for Us, Nirvana's Something in the Way, and Michael Giacchino's Sonata in Darkness from The Batman (2022).

After winning Third Prize in the Canadian Music Competition, David was invited to perform at the Wnners' Recital on 30 October 2021. He performed Gershwin's Three Preludes.

On 28 August 2021, David held his second solo recital and showcased both classical and jazz repertoire.

To raise funds for Canuck Place Children's Hospice, David co-organised on behalf of Musicians Beyond Barlines and participated in a live-streamed charity concert.

In the one of the largest music competitions in Canada, David placed third with a performance of a Bach prelude and fugue, Beethoven sonata movement, and Mendelssohn piano concerto movement.

Performing a complete recital of Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Gershwin, Tan Dun, and Liszt, David completed his first solo recital in January 2020 albeit virtually.

Playing Chopin's First Ballade, David had the honour of playing for world-renowed Steinway Artist Gary Graffman in February 2020 at Tom Lee Music Vancouver.

Raising funds for the Canuck Place Children's Hospice, David performed Chopin at the Vancouver Academy of Music's Koener Recital Hall.

Upon receiving First Prize in the Crescendo International Music Competition, David travelled to New York, New York to perform Gershwin at Carnegie Hall.

In December 2018, David performed Chopin and Gershwin in support of Canuck Place Children's Hospice at the University of British Columbia's Roy Barnett Recital Hall

David participated in a Melody of Love fundraising concert, which raised over $12,000, for Lions Gate Hospital in April 2018.

In December 2016, David journeyed to Germany to partake in Professors Hans-Peter and Volker Stenzl's masterclasses, which climaxed with David's performance of a Chopin mazurka.

Playing a Haydn piano concerto, David was privileged to perform with the New Westminster Symphony Orchestra under the baton of celebrated maestro Jin Zhang twice in October and November 2016.

David routinely participates in the Elite Young Artists Concert Series organised by Tom Lee Music. His repertoire has included Beethoven, Bach, Chopin, and Gershwin.

David has continued to spread the healing power of music to the Crofton Manor since Grade Eight. Each interaction with its residences has broadened David's understanding of music's role in a fulfilling life.
